Jo spent all her childhood on her family's dairy farm surrounded by a menagerie of different pets; ranging from a pony and donkeys to gerbils and most things in between!  Her love of animals grew throughout her life and as she got older she worked part-time in a veterinary surgery and then went on to study Agriculture and Animal Science - obtaining a first class honours degree.

She continued her studies and obtained a secondary school teaching qualification and taught in several secondary schools in Leicestershire.  Jo started to work at Reaseheath College in the Animal Management department in 2000.  During that time she taught on a wide range of courses, ranging from Entry level to Degree level and has enjoyed sharing her love of animals with the students at the college.  When Jo decided on a change of career it seemed an obvious decision to use her wealth of experience and knowledge to help other people care for their pets.  

Jo's family are also involved in caring for the animals and make the dogs feel very welcome and loved when they stay in the family home. 

As the business has grown we have had to take on extra help and Lorna is an invaluable member of the team; she carries out many of the dog walks and some home visits.  Lorna also will undertake house sitting for people if the options for other pet care arrangements do not suit your circumstances.

The business has now been established for several years and has built up a large and wide ranging customer base.  The animals we have cared for over the years are now very much part of our extended family.

We are delighted to have been awarded a rating of 5 stars by Cheshire East Council for our home boarding provision, this reflects our high standards of care, our experience and qualifications.

Started in July 2013, the aim of the business is to provide a professional pet care service with a caring, personalised and flexible ethos for pet owners around Nantwich and the surrounding area.
